There’s no obstacles to privatization of Kyrgyzgaz and the taking of control by Gazprom in the opinion of the assistant of the CEO of Kyrgyzgaz K. Naskeyev. The process is performed according to the schedule and will be finished in April. The Kyrgyz side has executed the documents and the stock shareholding. Next stage is the work of the State property fund and the social fund. The date of completion of the process depends upon them.
