KMG EP Board of Directors has postponed the extraordinary shareholders session to April 16

KMG EP Board of Directors has postponed the extraordinary shareholders session from March 19 to April 16. They are going to reelect the Board at the session. The shareholders will discuss election of the new Board in connection with expiring of authority of the active Board on March 25. The postponement is connected with the necessity to coordinate the nominees to the new Board. The current board was elected on March 26 2010 for 3 years.
