In January, Russia extracted 64.8 billion cubic m of natural and associated oil gas, setting a record for the period, by 2.6% more than in January 2012. The growth is presupposed by the stabilization in demand at the internal and external markets, as state in the bulletin of the informational agency AK&M ‘Russia’s economy sectors: production, finances, securities’, devoted to oil production and refining.
