Associated oil gas utilization level to reach 95% by 2015

The Russian ministry of Energy expects that the utilization of associated oil gas will be led to the level of 95% by 2015, the Ministry’s head, Alexander Novak reported at the government session. According to the Minister, this standard is intended by the state program of the increase of energy saving and efficiency of fuel and energy sector.
