Rosneft and BP get last approval for division of their joint business in Germany

The Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy of Germany has approved the deal between Rosneft and BP on division of assets of their joint venture Ruhr Oel GmbH (ROG).
As Rosneft reported February 12, 2016, the company managed to complete the step of obtaining regulatory’s approvals of the transaction in a short time.
