Central Bank has registered the report on the results of the bond issue of the "West-Siberian Petrochemical Plant" on USD 1.75.

Bank of Russia registered the report on results of the bond issue of LLC "West-Siberian Petrochemical Plant" series 01, the regulator said in the end of 2015.
In early December of last year "West-Siberian Petrochemical Plant", posted 1.75 million bonds with par value of USD1 thousand each. The total issue volume amounted USD1.75 billion. The state registration number is - 4-01-36486-R. The bonds were placed by private subscription, without possibility of early redemption at the request of bondholders and at the discretion of the issuer. Among the potential buyers Russian Ministry of Finance is stated. The bonds mature in 15 years. PJSC "SIBUR Holding" is served as the guarantor for the loan.
