Russian Government approves project of Rosneft’s Arctic base

The Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has approved a list of measures to create the Arctic base of Rosneft in the Murmansk region.

Thus, from January 1 of this year, the territory of the Roslykovo village, where it is planned to create the support Arctic base of Rosneft, was derived from the closed subnational entity of Severomorsk. Now there is a procedure for land allocation.
