Managers of N. Azarov have purchased a stake in gas production business

A new shareholder of the gas production company “Plast” of the delegate A. Onischenko is the company of managers of the business-group of the ex-Prime Minister N. Azarov who is in the list of wanted. According to SMIDA, in December 2014, 20% of shares of “Plast” OJSC were transferred to “Novard Plus” Ltd due to the reduction of shares of the offshore company from Cyprus “Ostexpert limited”, is reported.

The founder of “Novard Plus” is K. Pivovarov, to whom the Azarovs transferred a part of ownership after the introduction of sanctions, including the Austrian company Garda Handels- und Beteiligungs GmbH which holds a plant “Metallist” in Makeevka and a house in Vienna. Mr. Pipovarov also was a Vice-President of football team “Metallist” of S. Kurchenko.
