"Rosneft" is ready to take billions from unknown sources.
"Rosneft" is preparing to the record for the Russian market placement of rouble bonds, registering new issues of a total volume worth 800 billion roubles. Although all interlocutors of "the Kommersant" in the government and the industry agree that in this case we can only speak about getting the National Welfare Fund money, none of them confirms that the authorities have taken an appropriate action. Nevertheless, the company is going to place bonds for 625 billion roubles today.
