Rosneft to carry out geological exploration in the Pechora Sea

In the summer-autumn navigation period 2015 Rosneft will hold the geological exploration at the Pomorsky, Russky, North-Pomorsky-1, North-Pomorsky-2, South-Russky, West-Matveevsky and Suth-Prinovozemelsky sites at the shelf of the Pechora Sea.
The study of the hydrocarbons blocks is planned to realize with the participation of special scientific-research vessels at the area of 1.071 linear km.
Rosneft made a presentation of the research program at the public hearings in the Nenets Autonomous Area where the order of realization of works and the environmental protection measures were discussed.
