Aki-Otyr adds new recoverable resources at the Peschanoye deposit

OJSC “Aki-Otyr”, subsidiary of OJSC “Russneft”, added 1.6 million tons of recoverable oil resources at the Peschanoye deposit in 2014.

Exploitation drilling at the Peschanoye resumed in 2013. There have been drilled seven boreholes during the year. The production made up 26 thousand tons there at a total annual production of 100.4 thousand tons. There has been carried out re-estimation of oil resources and dissolved gas following the results of the drilling. Reserves increment made up 1.6 million tons. The recoverable resources of BC1+C2 category make up about 11 million tons.
