Russia and Belarus can meet agreement about oil supplies for 2014 until December 15, the Minister of Energy of the RF A. Novak says.
In the beginning of November, a source in the profile Belarus agency claimed that Belarus needed imports of 24 million tons of oil for full loading of its oil refineries next year.
