Sberbank recognizes "Yamal LNG" as bankable at the lowest prices for hydrocarbons.

The "Yamal LNG" project implemented by "Novatek" together with France's Total and China's CNPC will be profitable even at the low world market price conditions. The president of Sberbank German Gref made this statement at a meeting with President Vladimir Putin.

Sberbank is a financial consultant and one of the potential creditors of "Yamal LNG".

"We strongly supported the project so that the state also supported it, we gave our opinion, we believe that it is absolutely reliable. Even under the most unfavorable prices for oil and gas it will pay off", - he stated.

"This project is the most powerful, and I believe, the most effective. It will change the gas economy completely. In fact, it is Russia's first LNG plant", - the head of Sberbank stated.
