Gazprom plans to increase gas reserves by 1.7 times in the Sea of Okhotsk until 2019

​Gazprom plans to increase its gas reserves by 1.7 times to 1.4 trln cubic m at the shelf of the Sea of Okhotsk until 2019.

Gazprom doesn’t expect a significant growth of oil in this region. The growth of reserves is forecast at 4 mln tons.

Among the basic goals of the company at the shelf of the Sea of Okhotsk is the completion of exploration of the South-Kirinsky oil and gas condensate deposit.
