Tatneft has appealed to Arbitration Court of Tatarstan against Nizhnekamskneftechem for 353.7 million rubles. The court received the claim on November 7, and has not determined the date of the trial as yet.
The point is mutual payments between the companies, a source close to the situation says, Interfax reports. They report nothing about the details of the claims.
