The hearings between Gazprom and Naftogas at the Stockholm Arbitration Court might last for another half a year-a year, the head of Naftogas Ukrainy, A. Kobolev said.

We have good chances to win the process as the formula and those conditions of the contract, that we try to reconsider, have not been the market conditions for a long while already. I think it will be evident to the Arbitration Court as well. What the Arbitration Court will consider to be market conditions in our situation is another question, and this is our main goal – to prove there are more profitable conditions for us as possible, Mr. Kobolev said.
