FTS suggests Gazprom to sell gas at a rate of over 100 million cubic m with discount of up to 20%

The Federal Tariffs Service (FTS) has elaborated a Governmental law  presupposing the granting to Gazprom of the opportunity to sell gas to the consumers with the annual volume of  over 100 million cubic m with a discount of up to 20% of the regulated price. The law t is elaborated under the decisions agreed by the Government about the reduction of the ratio in wholesale gas price growth in mid-term future.
