Rosneft has approved a 131 mln roubles loan issue to RN-Shelf Abkhazii

The Board of Rosneft on august 6th approved the issue of loans for $317.7 mln and 5.1 bln roubles to its affiliates.
The Board of Rosneft approved the issue of a 131 mln roubles loan to RN-Shelf Abkhazii.
Moreover, the Board approved loans in roubles with interest for “Caspian oil company” - 48.9 mln roubles, 112.9 mln roubles for “East Energy”, 177.7 mln roubles for “Arcticshelfneftegas”, 970.258 mln roubles for RN-Exploration.
Affiliates of Rosneft – RN-Processing and RN-Foreign projects – will be issued a $300 mln and a $10 mln loans with interest.
