Rosneft appeals dismissal of case against Ministry of Energy on dispute about tax benefits

Rosneft and RN-Holding have appealed the decision of the Moscow Arbitration, which dismissed their claim on the illegality of the Ministry of Energy’s actions in the dispute about the application of reduced tariff rates to oil, produced at the Verkhnechonskoye field, the court reported.
