Italian Saras refutes the stopping of negotiations with Rosneft on the creation of a joint venture

The Italian Saras, in which Rosneft owns 21% of shares, has denied the stopping of their negotiations with Rosneft on the creation of a joint venture, the transaction can be completed in the second half of 2014. Saras reported this to the ITAR-TASS.

"Events on work with Rosneft on the development of a commercial joint venture continue, taking into account the new opportunities arising from the purchase of the oil trading subdivision of Morgan Stanley by Rosneft,"- the company cites words of its general director, Dario Skaffardi. The company emphasized that Skaffardi didn’t mention the stopping of the negotiations, he mentioned possible postponement, but "at the moment everything is going on without any problems".
