The Ministry of Industry and Trade is for the financial recovery of Mechel within the bankruptcy law or at the expense of strengthening of the managing company, which is to take the risk and responsibility to find the way out of the crisis, the head of the Ministry, D.Manturov said to RIA Novosti.
“But the tasks and responsibility are great. I can not say so far, who is ready to take the responsibility. So we keep doing our work,” he said.
