A modern oil refinery plant to be constructed in Amur region

The Amur oil refinery plant which is planned to be constructed in Berezovka, Ivanovo district, is to become the most modern one in Russia. Out of the 100% of crude oil supplied less than 7% of waste will be left after processing. This is much less than on average at the Russian oil refinery plants. The site for the construction of the plant is being prepared in Berezovka.

The construction of the plant,the products pipeline and infrastructure is financed by investors from China. The quota for foreign employees for 2015 is 120 people. The number of construction workers from Russia will be a few times higher. The oil processing efficiency at the Amur plant is expected to reach 93-97%. The waste will be minimal. The average efficiency of oil processing at the Russian oil refinery plants is less than 75%.
