On June 11 the Gazprom's board of directors to discuss a way out of Amber Grid and Lietuvos dujas.

On June 11th, 2014 the Board of Directors of Gazprom will consider the termination of participation in the Lithuanian gas companies Amber Grid and Lietuvos dujas at the meeting.

On May 21, 2014 The Lithuanian SOEs Lietuvos energija and Epso-G signed an agreement with German energy concern E.ON Ruhrgas to acquire the shares in Amber Grid, Lietuvos dujas and the electricity company Lesto.

Epso-G acquires from German company 38.9% stake of the Amber Grid pipeline operator, and the manufacturer and supplier of heat and electricity Lietuvos energija receives the same stake in the company - supplier of gas Lietuvos dujas, and 11.76% stake from the operator of the supply network of Lithuania Lesto.
