The Government has enacted Caspian development stimulus plan

The Government of the Russian Federation has enacted a raw hydrocarbon deposits development stimulus plan for the continental shelf of the Caspian Sea. It is said on the web site of the Government.
The Ministry of Energy has been ordered to monitor the realization of the plan and present reports to the government on an annual basis.
