Equipment that instantly records the seismic activity throughout the pipeline system is mounted at oil-pumping stations of the ESPO oil pipeline. With the launch of ESPO-2 (the section from Skovorodino to Kozmino) at the end of 2012, four seismic stations began to control seismically dangerous areas of the pipeline.
