Lukoil has bought 65% in the project for development of the offshore block CI-504 in Cot-d-Ivoire water area in the Guinea Gulf. It bought the share from the private Nigerian company Taleveras Energy that will remain the holder of 25% in the project after completion of the transaction. The rest 10% belong to the Cot-d-Ivoire state company PETROCI Holding. Lukoil Overseas, a 100% subsidiary will act as the operator of the project.
