Gazprom not to be able to load the Nord Stream at full capacity

Laws of the EU don’t give Gazprom possibility to fully use the Nord Stream gas pipeline, the Deputy Chairman of the Russian gas monopoly Alexander Medvedev said.
Today the Nord Stream works half-way. Europe is limiting access of Russian gas to the Opal gas pipeline from Germany to the Czech Republic.
