Gazprom is going to build LNG plant in Leningrad region

Gazprom and the Leningrad region agree for construction of an LNG plant and a port terminal for LNG transporting, the Vice Governor of the Leningrad region D. Yalov says. He tells that it will be a largest project costing billions of USD.

Within the bounds of the St. Petersburg international economy forum, that will be held on June 20-22, Gazprom and the Leningrad region are going to sign the memorandum about cooperation. The document will tell about construction in the region of an LNG plant and a port terminal for LNG transporting.
