FAS ended suspicion of price discrimination from Evraz

The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service has completed an investigation as for Evraz and cleared it of suspicion of price discrimination, a spokesman for the attorneys at law “Egorov, Puginsky, Afanasyev and partners” (EPAM, appeared for Evraz) said to “Vedomosti”. FAS suspected Evraz of underpricing of rails to 80% for RZhD.
A spokesman for Evraz has declined to give any comments.
