BP-TNK holding company to be renamed to RN holding company

Shareholders of BP-TNK holding company, controlled by Rosneft, plan to approve changes in its charter at the annual meeting on June 27; in accordance with these changes it will be renamed to RN holding company, the meeting’s materials say.
The place of the company registration will be the same – the Tyumen region, Uvat district, Uvat village, Oktyabrskaya street, 60. The decision on termination of authorities of the single-member executive body (BP-TNK Management) not later than on January 1, 2014 is also planned to be made at the meeting. This authority will be given to Rosneft not later than on January 1, 2014.
