Gas supplies licenses have been cancelled for 3 Ukrainian companies

Leadergas, Naftogazservice and Mega Aster have lost their licenses for gas supplies. It was the national committee providing state regulation in energy sphere (NKRE) that cancelled them. It presented claims against Leadergas before in connection with violation of the license activity. In 2012, Leadergas supplied to the consumers 485 million cubic m of gas, by over 10 times more than the license permits. In the beginning of the year, Leadergas appealed to NKRE with a request to increase annual supplies from 40 million cubic m of gas to 200 million cubic m of gas.
