"Naftogaz Ukrainy" fell short of 45 billion cubic meters of Russian gas within two years, Alexei Grivach, the deputy head of the National Energy Security Fund, told ITAR -TASS.

He explained that in 2012 failure to take the gas was 17 billion cubic meters, in 2013 – 28 billion cubic meters. Thus, the debt for 2012 amounted to $ 7 billion, the remaining amount added last year.
