Cassation suit on the case about the offer of Rosneft will be tried on April 29

The Federal Arbitration Court of Moscow will try on April 29 discussion of the claim of the minority shareholder of BP-TNK Holding JSC (RN Holding now) V. Tsobenko on rejection of the case where he asked to bind Rosneft to make the public offer about its stocks purchase.

In October 2013, the Arbitration Court of Moscow rejected the case of the minority shareholder, and the Appeal Court upheld that decision. The claimant thinks that Rosneft should have made to the minority shareholders an obligatory offer, not a voluntary offer as it was done. It would protected the rights of the minority shareholders because the price would be 110 rubles per stock under the obligatory offer.
