The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliev has signed a decree, which decreases the planned amount of the country’s State Oil Fund’s costs by about $969 million this year, official web-site of the state’s head reported on Thursday.
The most significant reduction will concern expenses for the financing of the TANAP pipeline project – instead of previously planned 800 million manats (about $1.02 billion) only 40.1 million manats (about $51.1 million) are planned to be spend for the project now.
