The Ministry of Finance has agreed compensation to the Russian oil exporters for late introduction of amendments to duties calculation

The Ministry of Financesupports the suggestions about the compensation to the Russian oil exporters for expenses in connection with late introduction of amendments to export duties calculation within the tax manoeuver. It suggests to take them into account in the further calculation of export duty, the Vice Minister of Finance, S. Shatalov says. He does not say about the possible volume of compensations. The oil companies lose 5-6 billion rubles per month due to delays in the reduction of export duties, the Minister of Energy, K. Molodtsov said in February. The Minister of Energy supported the suggestion about compensation. In March, Mr. Molodtsov said that the final decision on the issue was not agreed as yet.
