Lime Petroleum becomes partner of Lukoil in project on Norwegian shelf

The Norwegian Lime Petroleum has become a partner of Lukoil in project of the block №708 development in Norwegian sector of the Barents Sea, Lukoil’s Overseas’ corporate newspaper reports.

Norwegian North Energy transferred a half of its stake to Lime Petroleum. Lime Petroleum and North Energy are partners in a number of geological exploration projects on the Norwegian shelf. In 2011, Lukoil received a qualification access for work on Norwegian continental shelf and opened office of LUKOIL Overseas North Shelf in Oslo in 2012.
