While discussing with one of the European diplomats the monstrous, from his point of view, policy of "Gazprom" in the EU market, I asked: "What if you owned "Gazprom", would you behave differently?" The interlocutor showed professionalism and limited his response to a sad look. The U.S. senators are probably also very sad that they do not own "Gazprom". Apparently, therefore, in the scope of the situation around Ukraine the Senator Lisa Merkauski proposed to Congress to discuss whether it is possible to simplify the export of liquefied natural gas, for example, to give a special permission for its delivery to the U.S. allies.
