In 2013, Severstal increased supplies to the  construction sector by 14% to 3.362 million tons. Last year the company successfully participated in the tenders for construction of large infrastructure projects the supplier of a wide assortment of metal products. Severstal has a  unique competitive advantage offering a wide assortment of metal products including sort steel and flat sections, pipes and rolled steel with coverings. In the sector with additional services not provided by other enterprises, the company is able to increase its supplies to this economic sector, the director for marketing and sales of Severstal Russian Steel, D. Goroshkov says.
