Rosneft has prepared the plan of the takeover of TNK-BP assets

Kommersant has learnt the details of Rosneft’s plans on the integration of TNK-BP’s assets. In some regions its producing enterprises will stay independent but the majority of the projects will be transferred to Rosneft. OGC Itera (controlled by Rosneft) will gain control over the gas assets of TNK-BP. As a result, despite Rosneft’s intention to save the best personnel of TNK-BP, not only the managers – co-owners, G. Khan and V. Vekselberg, plan to quit the company but a number of key top-managers as well.
