In January, Russia increased gas export to foreign countries by 1.1% to 12.4 billion cubic meters

In January of 2013, Russia increased the natural gas export to the foreign countries by 1.1% as compared to the same period of the last year to 12.4 billion cubic meters, the Federal Customs Service reports.

In this period, the export to the CIS countries was at the level of the previous year – 6.1 billion cubic meters.
