In February, the Kemerovo region increased coal production by 6.3%

In January - February, the Kemerovo region extracted over 29.5 million tons of coal. In February, the Kemerovo region increased coal production by 6.3% versus January 2013, and by 2.7% versus February 2012 to 15.2 million tons. Coking coal production increased by 8.9% to 4.5 million tons versus February 2012.

In January - February, the Kemerovo region dispatched 30.9 million tons of coal, including 14.6 million tons for exports. In February, the Kemerovo region dispatched 14.7 million tons of coal, including 7.1 million tons for exports.
