The European Union approved the deal on Rosneft and TNK-BP merging

The European Commission's Directorate General for Competition has approved the deal on merging of OJSC “Rosneft” and TNK-BP. According to the conclusion the terms of the deal are up to anti-monopoly legislation of the European Union, RBK states citing Reuters.
