The Court has obliged Orenburgneft to increase the level of associated gas utilization to 95%

The Court of the Orenburg region has obliged Orenburgneft to follow the norms of associated gas utilization for remove of damage to environment. The fuel is utilized in smaller volume as it is proposed by environment protection law and the license agreement at the Pokrovsky oil and gas deposit. The enterprise utilizes only 55% of the proposed 95% of associated gas. For prevention of negative influence to atmosphere, the Orenburg Environmental Protection Prosecutor’s office has appealed to court with a claim to remove the violations.
