Results of the week: fall of export-customs duties for oil and a threat of gas supply termination by Hungary to the Ukraine

Among the events of the first week of February the consideration of the issue of the reduction of export-customs duties for oil in Kazakhstan and a possible termination of the reverse gas supplies to the Ukraine by Hungary.

According to the press service of the Prime Minister at the Ministry of National Economy an opportunity of reduction of the export-customs duty for oil due to the change of the oil price is being considered. According to the head of the economic agency, E. Dosaev, the current level of the export-customs duty was connected to the other oil price. I think we consider the change of the export-customs duty price dependent on the price. The reduction of the export-customs duty is necessary to save the level of profitability of the oil extraction companies.
