Gazprom Neft will grant loan of 14 billion rubles to Gazprom Neft Shelf LLC, the operator of the Prirazlomnaya platform and the Prirazlomnoye deposit. The total transaction volume is not more than 15 billion rubles, and the interest sum is not more than 1 billion rubles.
