United mining and chemicals company exceeded the order of Cabinet of Ministers on the financial results of Zaporozhie titanium-magnesium plant

United mining and chemicals company has fully executed the order of the Cabinet of Ministers and didn’t allow the financial results of the Zaporozhie titanium-magnesium plant to fall, moreover, they grew.

In 2015 the Zaporozhie titanium-magnesium plant will increase its net profit from 35 mln grivnas to 41.7 mln grivnas, net revenue-to 1.7 bln grivnas against 1.4 bln in 2014, the first deputy of the CEO of the United mining and chemicals company, A. Gladushko, says. He said that the plant has to work in the conditions of a significant fall of the world prices for finished titanium products.

The management of the United mining and chemicals company participated in the meeting of members of the Zaporozhie titanium-magnesium plant on the right of the company holding 51% by the order of the government. The plant’s financial plan for 2015 was approved at the meeting.

United mining and chemicals company started its activity in August 2014 when the Government of the Ukraine decided to transfer the property of the Volnogorsky mining and metallurgical plant and Irshansky mining and processing plant to it.
