Lukoil: Oil not to increase above $50 per barrel in 2016, but $40 per barrel is the lowest point of the fall

In the coming year, oil prices won’t increase above $50 per barrel, and the current price of around $40 is a peak of its fall and biased. This was told reporters by head of the oil company Lukoil Vagit Alekperov.

"The OPEC's decision on Friday (December 4) was predicted, we knew that they wouldn’t agree. There are too different interests and a lot of unpredictability. Therefore, we expect that in 2016 the price of oil won’t not exceed $50," - Alekperov said.
