Rostekh to run an LNG project in Pakistan

The Russian state corporation Rostekh plans to realize its first gas project. Its affiliate – “RT-Global Resources” can soon sign a contract of $3 bln value for the construction of an LNG terminal and a gas pipeline for its maintenance in Pakistan.
“It will become the foundation for the expansion of our presence in the Middle East”, CEO of Rostekh, S. Chemezov, said.
At the initial stage of the project’s realization “RT-Global Resources” will construct a floating terminal on LNG re-gasification in Pakistan as well as will construct a pipeline system for its further transportation.
