Within the frame of the visit of the RF President V.Putin to Delhi, Russia and India map out to sign an intergovernmental programme on an expansion of cooperation in the oil-and-gas field. In particular, the question is about a number of possible projects of Indian ONGC and Russian “Rosneft”.
