Polymetal to pay special dividends for 2014 in the amount of $84 million

On December 3, the Polymetal International plc’s Board of Directors approved the payment of special dividends by results of 2014 in the amount of $84 million at the rate of $0.2 per ordinary share and specified policy of paying regular dividends, the company reports.
Special dividends were accrued based on the results of the company since the beginning of 2014, as well as the available free cash flows and future investment plans. This increases the declared dividends for the year to $118 million or $0.28 per share.
